Blockchain4all is a tool for the exchange of information by users of the public administration (citizens, businesses and government), capable of increasing the privacy and confidentiality of information, optimizing the identification of users, which ensure its modular ability and scalability, and enable advanced monitoring.

Blockchain4all is a Blockchain platform including integration another set of projects that are part of Hyperledger Foundation, as well as an existing Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and certification system (IZENPE). Also, a learning environment was created through a didactic platform. This platform provides a service for individuals or organizations to perform their tests and validations, as well as for the production of Blockchain projects of the institutions.
