System for monitoring traceability of olive oil supply chain using blockchain is developed and tested. The olive oil supply chain has been described in deep from farm to fork for the Almazaras de la Subbética case.

The case aims to improve trust of olive oil production by Almazaras de la Subbética. Almazaras de la Subbética produces olive oil of the highest quality, not only from a taste point of view but produced with highly environmentally friendly methods and inclusive social conditions. The objective of the project is that blockchain technology includes and promotes all these values, so as to preserve and multiply them.
